Comic Book Friday: Chibi Lanterns?
I think this chibis. Great art though. Hal has the classic hair while Kilowog has the tough guy staredown going. Think the dude with the beak might not be to scale but it always changes depending on the artist.

This is great that TNA is putting this much trust into Roode and they should. He is taking advantage of this opportunity and taking on the wrestling world by storm. That Storm may be the end of him. Roode is escaping this new style of heel where they have some niche about them, making themselves some sort of rebel figure like CM Punk last year.
I think calling a year long reign a minimum for a lengthy reign kind of extreme. Cena is probably the last wrestler to have a year long World championship reign with the last decade. That’s not including ROH and smaller companies since they don’t have as many show as TNA or WWE.
In this day and age where there are so many shows in a week forcing more championship matches, a four month reign should be considered lengthy. Kane and Mark Henry are two wrestler who are seen to be finally given what they deserved because not only did they get the big one but they also got a lengthy reign. One reason why Kane’s first championship didn’t seem that fitting.
I would love it if Roode made it until Bound for Glory and had an up and comer take him out. It would be fitting compared to last year’s Bound for Glory series.

Tonight on Impact Wrestling TNA World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Roode becomes the longest reigning World Champion. Roode didn’t just AJ Styles record, but he beat AJ Styles to do it. Now here’s my challenge for Bobby Roode I want to see if can hold on to that title for over a year since that is the minimum for a lengthy championship reign.
Pro Wrestling Thursday: What is this magic?
I want to find this wonderful match now. We all knew that Jericho and Benoit had their on and off relationship but I’m happy to see Angle and Regal join forces for just a joyous occasion as this submission match. Well, Regal and Angle having a little in common both being a General Manager at one point.
I miss the early 2000 where tag teams had specialties. You knew Jericho & Benoit were submission experts, while guys like Hardys & Dudley had their particular weapon of choice. Gimmicks like that is what makes a rivalry.

Pro Wrestling Thursday: I don’t blaming you for keeping the jacket
It’s very plain with the black and white but stylish at the same time. Can’t be from WWE since it’s so nice. WWE should definitely jump on making more sweaters. Everyone got pumped for the one David Otunga was wearing during Nexus. Has to be from 2009 seeing Punk’s hair. Actually wouldn’t mind if Macy’s or some department store were making these.
Found my brother’s SmackDown jacket. Let’s just say he won’t be getting it back. ;)
What I mean by that is have an option to have content from a certain user covered by a black strip or something. You can still see who is posting but not what they’re posting.
The reason this would be needed in case one is following a tv show blog and haven’t had the chance to watch the newest episode. Than they can allow the content to be visible once they’ve caught up. I think unfollowing someone is too extreme. This should be an option when going to the following page.
Film Tuesday: Tarantino’s True Romance
Jen recommended True Romance and though I don’t have time to watch it, I still found it. Just posting it so I can watch it later. Really excited to watch because Tarantino is an excellent writer. Here is the 2nd volume in case it’s needed.
Television Tuesday: Hyde can do no wrong
Hyde can always pull the slickest stuff and the worst he’d get is ‘oh you’. Ever since I seen him pull this I always wanted to try it on a girl I know in real life. Problem is whenever I tried this, the girl would like it and than I’d freak out because I would think she wants to go out for me.
